Terms of Service
Version 2026-04
1. The Service
PDFlow Studio ("the Service") is a prepress automation platform for print professionals: file upload, analysis, and automated corrections (preflight, color, bleed, dielines and similar tools), provided as a web portal with an optional desktop application and optional on-premise PDFlow Intelligence, the brain of your studio.
2. Accounts & Licenses
Use of the Service requires an account and an active license (trial or paid plan). You are responsible for keeping your credentials and license key confidential and for all activity under your account. Seats and device limits are defined by your plan.
3. Trial & Paid Plans
Trial licenses are limited in time and offered once per customer. Paid plans renew per the billing cycle you selected and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown before checkout; our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
4. Your Files
Files you upload remain your property. You grant us the technical right to store and process them solely to provide the Service (analysis, correction, producing output files). You are responsible for having the rights to any file you process.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the platform or its licensing mechanisms, and no reselling of the Service without a written agreement.
6. Availability & Support
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without a guaranteed SLA unless agreed in writing. Processing runs partly on customer-hosted PDFlow IQ, whose availability depends on the customer's infrastructure.
7. Liability
Automated prepress corrections are an aid, not a replacement for professional inspection. Always review output files before production. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or whose license has been revoked. Upon termination you may request deletion of your stored files.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the portal. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. The version identifier above reflects the current revision.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
