1. What We Collect
Account details (name, email, studio name, hashed password), license and billing information, technical data required to operate the Service (device identifiers for license activation, session and audit logs, IP addresses), and the PDF files you choose to upload for processing.
2. What We Use It For
Providing and securing the Service: authentication, license enforcement, processing your files, transactional emails (welcome, password reset, billing), abuse prevention, and improving the platform. We do not sell personal data.
3. Your Files
Uploaded files are processed to produce the outputs you request and are accessible only to your account/tenant. Files processed through PDFlow IQ remain on your own infrastructure and do not pass through our storage.
4. Processors We Use
We rely on a small set of processors to run the Service: hosting and database infrastructure (including Supabase), payment processing (Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record — we never see or store card details), email delivery, and networking (Cloudflare). Each processor receives only what it needs.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies only: authentication session cookies and a language preference. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Retention
Account and license records are kept while your account is active and as required for legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of uploaded files at any time; backups roll off on a fixed schedule.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in every such email. Contact us at support@pdflowstudio.com.
8. Security
Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt), transport is encrypted (TLS), access is tenant-scoped, and administrative actions are audit-logged. No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to support@pdflowstudio.com.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the portal. The version identifier above reflects the current revision.
